Tony Ferraro

Tony Ferraro has over 25 years of leadership experience in both the educational and business arenas. This experience has played a pivotal role in becoming a sought- after Executive Coach and trusted confidant to several influential CEOs across the country.

In addition to working one on one with executive clients, Tony is a
highly requested keynote speaker and as the Director of Coaching, oversees the training of all new Floyd coaches.

In 2016 Tony joined Matthew Kelly’s Floyd Consulting and
immediately helped refine the Hiring Process Coaching for Floyd which has helped hundreds of organization leaders source, hire, and retain world-class talent.  Tony also has created and delivers corporate training experiences based on Matthew Kelly’s “The Culture Solution” and “Off-Balance.”

A husband and father of 7, Tony has a master’s degree in Leadership from Xavier University and is currently co-hosting the “Leading with Culture” podcast with Floyd CEO Kate Volman.

Matthew Kelly

Kate Volman is the CEO of Floyd Coaching.
